If he is at his best Haye should beat him but Quarry could punch and take a punch and had good hand speed. Haye is bigger than Quarry who was a lean hard 190 pounder. Today Quarry could fight as a cruiserweight and not even a big cruiserweight. Haye is smart and tricky and a great puncher but his chin isn't so good so he would need to be careful with Quarry but he should win either on points or by KO.

quarry was much too busy a fighter and had too much in the tank for haye. quarry would have been a champ in a lot of other eras. quarry out works haye by late stoppage or ud

quarry was every bit as big boned as haye. give quarry todays weight training and supplements (etc) and quarry is easily over 200 lbs.

            How would it go?

Well I don't think it would go at all.

Jerry Quarry would never WANT to fight David Haye.

David Haye would never be ALLOWED to knock out Jerry Quarry.

Fans would never WANT to see David Haye knock out Jerry Quarry.

            AND.

If, for some reason, this fight went ahead, fans would be absolutely disgusted that David Haye knocked out such a bummy little mismatched opponent and use it as proof of Haye's cherry picking.

Haye knocks Quarry out with the first connected shot which would be the first punch thrown most likely.

                  EY???

WTF! The guy is the epitome of absolute bum!

Look at him... An anaemic sick child who boxes like a 5th grader.

Tua, Golota, Thompson, Arreola, those are a few guy that could have won a title!

Jerry Quarry was only ever JUST a joke! And I do mean just.
