Why did Alfonso Gomez had an easier time with Kameiga than Guerrero did?

Because kamagei just plodded forward, no jab, not tight enough guard, had no gameplan , he would throw combos but then hands would come back to his waist then he would get tagged and then Gomez would spin off and kamagei would have to reset

    Gomez used forearm and headbutts

Also, this fight was at 154 and that could be why he looked awful

Guerrero just went toe to toe with kamagei and played into his hands

In short, Gomez and Guerrero fought differently and kamagei was worse vs Gomez

Always liked Gomez, and I'd love to see him fight Guerrero or Berto next.
Gomez vs. Guerrero would be a good fight. Unlike Kamegai, I think Guerrero could still get his offense going if Gomez smothers.

      Gomez would clown Berto, easily.

He sure did. He moved around and didn't let the limited Kamagei get in his (what do they call it when a guy is fighting in a "phone booth."?)

because Robert Guerrero is severely overrated and Alfonso Gomez would beat him any day of the week.

No. I think they call it a "proverbial phone booth."?

They didn't fight in a similar way at all, Gomez tried to move around whereas Guerrero stood and traded in the pocket all fight.
