Danny would have to clean out 147lbs...

But then again, I have a feeling the "fans" will be calling for Garcia vs GGG before giving him any props after he is done with 147lbs.

PFP lists are not just based on resume alone but overall talent as well and although Garcia has done incredibly well for himself, he's an overachiever. He has some good wins over Matthysse and Khan but the rest are "meh".

His upcoming fight would be yet again another good win but having fought Rod Salka and a distasteful victory over Herrera in his last 3 fights, I don't think a win over Peterson would be enough to bump him into the top echelon of the sport.

Again, he's a good fighter and has an incredibly solid resume for his age but He hasn't done a thing since his Lucas fight. A CW against a guy Lucas himself KO'd in a couple rounds won't do much for his career at this point, at least not for me.

I had him top 10 after the Matthysse win. I think a few others did as well, and some official lists. He got dropped after the Herrera loss.

I don't think beating PEDerson is enough to put him back. But obviously that's my opinion.

The fight against Peterson gonna decide who is teh best man at 143lbs and the king of 143 = king of p4p!

Peterson win is good, but because he was already KO'd by Matthysse its not as good. Danny should already have 3 belts, he's just solidifying his status by beating Peterson despite it being at 143.

I don't think Danny can make 140. There are good fights at 140, the ones I'd like to see most are Postol, Broner, and Algieri.

I think he is now and would put him at #10. How he is out and GGG makes it in so many polls is crazy IMO given there resumes.

If you dropped him or do not have him in after the Herrera fight, despite him getting the official decision, I can understand.
