i promise u...i can fight just like manny today much better than i could floyd..as manny i just have to throw lots of straight punches, a few looping right hooks, and move my feets as fast as i can..problem is i might take a lot of punishment, but thats how manny fights...i couldnt keep it up for long but just sub in the next guy and get it popping

I'm not sure about that. Whilst I think Rigondeaux is a good sparring partner for Pacquiao I can't think of anyone who can really emulate Pacquiao's style. Well there is someone, but he's already dead. RIP Edwin Valero.

yes edwin fought very much like manny. albeit with less head movement and worse foot work. But in essence, he was as close to manny as anyone can get style wise. same powerful southpaw left straight, same ferocity

if u think edwin is like manny u proved wat im saying..u dont have to be the same speed or have the same power..u just have to do the same punches an move fast as u can...i dont think edwin was a thinker he was purely fight and manny isnt think more than he is fighting..straight punches in bunches and u have a lot of wat u need..

You won't find a fighter that will emulate Floyd because it's not just the shoulder roll and the shell defense that makes him. You won't find a fighter that can emulates Manny because he has his own unique style. Good sparring is good sparring. The best sparring partner for Manny would be Mikey Garcia and for Floyd would be Errol Spence Jr.

Joan Guzman, and Paulie Malignaggi would be the best Partner for Pacquiao.

Spence, Judah, Corley, Russell for speed. But Russell would need to slow it down a bit because he is much faster than Pacquiao.

i think its easier to mimic manny 20s more than it is floyd..just throw technique to the wind and caution as well and u have wat manny is best at as long as u stand southpaw..might not be as fast, but u dont need it 100%...not to manny boxer are ready to mimic 401 classes that floyd teaches..thats just how i see it..no one sets traps like him..no telegraphs on shots..the more they try to be him in sparring the more they will get beat up b/c they are thinkin unnaturally which causes them to not fight as effective whereas floyd thinks and throws naturally... this possibly give manny and freddie too much confidence...

Mayweather's style is easier to mimic you're just not going to duplicate his results because you don't have his gift of quick reflexes and speed. **** most dudes Mayweather's gym try to mimic floyd's style they all just suck.

Pacquiao is awkward and unorthodox and those guys are generally harder to mimic because you are not taught to fight like them.

Good sparring for pac. Obviously Jean is not mayweather but he has a very quick right hand.

Floyd has a style, but how he employs it is dependent on what his opponent does. He will change what he is doing, then change it again if necessary. I think to beat Floyd you need to change how you attack every 3 rounds forcing him to recalculate and be less effective for a while.
