Ok now you're reaching. When did I said that that I have no problem whatsoever with Pacquiao wanting to know exactly when testers would be coming to draw blood? Didn't he asked for 21 days instead of 30? And right after the fight? He didn't refused, he asked for a cut off date. Two different things mang.
Asking for cut off days and dates is refusing. How can he be accepting random testing when it's not random?
But Manny head grew in size and he went from boxing Oscar and staying clear of him to walking down and taking Cotto's best shots and beating Margarito's eye out of his head. Yet he can't stop Bradley with two broke feet, Rios who is there to be hit and Algieri he dropped 6 times. Floyd has visually slowed down over the years and been easier to hit than previously so what kind of steroids is he using where he can't KO anyone since punching Ortiz in the mouth? That's not suspect.
Since you're not going to agree with me since I'm just one of a posters here, would you agree with someone whose been there and done that? I mean a boxer himself, matter of fact used to be Undisputed Heavy Weight Champion of the World Evander Holyfield about Manny's lack of KOs after the Cotto fight?
Oh by the way I notice that you have the same rant Floyd had about Manny walking through Cotto's punches. You know you are capable of thinking on your own right? You don't have to take someone's words and take em as your own words.

Olympic Standard Testing is 365 days a year of random testing.
Not 60 days of random testing before the fight and 1 test after. And very su****ious that Floyd has only been blood tested once after 18 days before the fight and that was 9 days before the fight.
Floyd also doesn't have to get tested straight away, he got a deal with USADA that they will wait till his training is over till they test.
Looks there was confusion in Pacquiao's team. Roach says the tests were denied, Arum says he knew nothing about it. What is certain, is that Marquez was prepared to take any tests and Pacquiao's team weren't- until after getting knocked out,
All your other questions are again assertions, just like the ignorant Mayweather accusations. There still is no proof, only your speculations. I didn't agree with the smear campaign and haven't accused Pacquiao of anything but walking from a fight over testing.
I know Lewis definitely had his eyes shut while throwing a shot at McCall (after being goaded by that idiot Pepe Correa) and didn't know what hit him, a bit like Pacquiao trying that double pump jab and tripping into a right he never saw. It happens.
I haven't said the video is BS, rather the opposite, that it's interesting. I did a little reading on it asked another poster what they thought of what I found out. They have yet to answer. So take your assumptions and direct them somewhere else.

I'm not dogmatic. I don't "just accept" someone else's assertion just because. That's called being gullible. Nothing wrong with finding out what you can and making an informed decision, is there? I pointed out the pros (increased blood cell count, which high altitude trainging can achieve), but the negatives are many. In fact enough to make the only type (autologous) that could be called "legal", pretty counter-productive.
It might not be rocket science, but it's beyond your (and my) understanding so a little "nuking" shouldn't go amiss.
You only focusing on one of the issue in that video dude, have you ever done random blood or urine sample testing before?
There's a difference between assessing someone's statements with facts and agreeing with it, which requires own thinking than using someones rant seeing on a video and used it as your own. I know you know this.
