Blame Floyd for hiring this PED chemist

team pac should prepare for the best mayweather may 2.
it would be a mistake to base their game plan on thinking floyd has slowed down.

some interesting quotes that reflect current mindset on each camp.
floyd: our job is to be first
floyd sr(on fighting khan): we will increase our activity
floyd(over his advantages on manny) i am taller, got longer reach, more powerful and more accurate.
manny(over his advantage on floyd) i got the speed advantage.
buboy:if floyd fight moving back, he cant do anything to manny
gerry penalosa: we will attack floyd till he get tired so he will exchange with manny in the later rounds.

We saw the last three fights of chicken Floyd and they are not really impressive for a pound for pound fighter. Cotto and Maidana caught him good in several occasions. In boxing you are only as good as your last fight. If chicken Floyd will face the great Manny Pacquiao, he should be much better than his last three outings. Still with what I am seeing...chicken Floyd would be very lucky if he doesn't go down in the sixth round or earlier.

was it because of arum's interview the other day that, 3 pages on not a single Floyd fan says Arum is a liar on this thread?

how long do you think Floyd fans can hold themselves of before saying Arum is a liar again.

He agreed with Ellerbe so why would he be a liar? He agreed because it was/is the truth and if Pacquiao's fans had any kind of brain matter they would see that it is indeed so.

Most people lie when they have something to gain from lying. What does Arum gain from lying about the 5 Mil?

They're banking on Floyd taking long breaks and resting on the ropes and probably plan on outwork him there. Some of those close rounds that Bradley lost in the second fight was because he lost his rhythm or got tired, then he took those quick breaks against the ropes. A lot of those punches that Manny threw at him barely landed, but this is how Pacquiao fights now.

Manny can lose the early 2 minutes of a round, then he'll try to steal it at the end if you let him. Floyd likes to rest on the ropes even when he's dominating his opponent in the center of the ring, but he defends better on the ropes than Bradley does. I still wouldn't advise him to stay there and invite Manny to set up his wild flurries and let him win rounds on activity. Floyd needs to keep the fight in the center of the ring. The only time i want to see him move closer to the ropes is when he walks down Manny there since Manny is ineffective at fighting off the back foot.

I can see it now Lampley screaming as Pacquiao throws combos with Mayweather on the ropes, missing every shot. Pac Stans saying he won the round and complaining about the scores.

True but the thing is.... Floyd understands he is the bigger guy and has the longer reach and I think he won't let Manny dictate or push him around because physically, Manny is just not an imposing fighter. Movement throws Manny off too because he is off balance at times and throws punches at weird angles and likes to jump in and out. Floyd should treat Manny like the smaller guy he is and impose all of his advantages over Pacquiao by making him miss big and pay big taking Manny's confidence as the clock ticks because if Manny has little to no success connecting on Mayweather he is going to abandon every strategy and fight his way and get careless. Manny is not a thinker and that's the biggest advantage Mayweather has over Manny. That and defense.
