He's had 9 fights above the 126 limit, but no higher than 129.5 (that was just once. Last fight above above FW he weighed in at 128 in July 2012.

Weighed in at 125 to 125.5 for his last three fights. He even weighed in at 124.5 for his last fight in 2012.

He probably works hard to make weight but isn't drained, but he's about hit 30 and if he's the real deal I think he might fight at 135 if his career is long.

He's a future jww or ww champion from what I can see. Tall, great reach, killer jab, tons of power. Fw is the place to be right now though, hopefully he can keep making weight.
