You are right, before Arum is a big liar, no one should believe the words he said. This video fits their agenda so it's ok and Arum all of a sudden is like you said "bearer of truth".

What these fools didn't realize or failed to is that Arum had been in to many fights that he promoted or co-promoted. Of course he won't agree with it because blood or urine samples can be tampered with. We are talking hundreds of millions of dollars here, if one of them popped positive, the fight is off. Meaning those millions of dollars that is supposed to be in his bank account will go down the drain, or worst if Manny popped +, they might get sue for breach of contract or some shiet like that. It will shut down when they request to have it DNA tested and find out that someone substituted another person's dirty urine for Pac's. When asked, USADA declines to comment and they get sued for sample tampering as Floyd withdraws from the fight and is the center of a PR nightmare.

Floyd's counter moves have already been contemplated, he tries the shady stuff to get out of the fight, he's going down in flames. Faking an injury is his best bet.
