I'm pretty sure that yes, Top Rank, ended up with the TV rights for the Phillipines and China, while getting a majority share of of most of the Southeast Asian countries (Floyd likely keeps the Australia/New Zealand/Japan pay TV rights for himself); whether Pacquiao ends up with any of that money is up to his manager and Arum to figure out.

no one knows yet the details.

but top rank is not even doing a show afaik. their international broadcast is merchant/sheridan.
