I would favor Cotto because Trout fell of pretty hard. Point is Cotto shoulda handled him easily the first time around but it went sour quick. Trout neutralized Cotto with the jab, smothered Cottos inside work, and was pretty much landing left uppercuts and right hooks all day. I just feel Cotto hasnt shown enough given the comeback fight with Delvin and the calculated risk that paid off with Sergio.Comment

I love how people ignore facts so they can try and make their point. GGG and his team have always made it VERY CLEAR that they are ready to move to another weight class ONLY in the case of a PPV FIGHT. Lara is NOT PPV. Ward is NOT PPV. Dirrell is NOT PPV. Is that CLEAR ENOUGH FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND??? OR, as I suspect, are you just another idiot. There seem to be so many of them around.
Lara would do nothing for GGG's resume. Lara is NOT A MIDDLEWEIGHT. Lara cannot fight on HBO. Lara is not even the slightest workout for GGG. As for Floyd, GGG has NEVER called him out. All he has done is answer questions that were asked of him, honestly and directly. Which is more than Cotto has done with his swerving and ducking.
Monroe Jr. is a RANKED MIDDLEWEIGHT. Lara is not, Dirrell is not. Any other simple questions you want answered that you are not intelligent enough to figure out for yourself? No? OK... you can go back to trolling now.
you said ggg will only move up or down for PPV fights..but what in the **** has ggg done to be on PPV? Hes 32 years old, and biggest win is murray! ..he is not PPV worthy.
his resume is soft as baby ****, crazy how you give him more respect than a warrior like cotto with a stacked resume behind him.
beating Lara and Dirrell would at least make his trashy resume respectable looking.
golovkin said hes willing to drop weight for floyd, isn't that "calling him out"? he said "im not a big guy". here listen to him

but like i said, the guy is in no position to get a PPV fight. he needs to get out of Hypeville, because right now ggg is all hype and hot air.Comment

No, he doesn't. If he did, he would be fighting GGG instead of Kirkland and doing it at 160, not 155. Canelo's balls are in a jar on ODLH's book shelf.Comment

They're trying to sell it as "we wanted a slick southpaw who moves"Comment

As for GGG being PPV quality himself or not... how many of Floyd's or Manny's opponents over the past 5 years are PPV quality without Floyd or Manny? NOT ONE OF THEM. It is the combination of fighters that make a fight PPV or not, GGG-Chavez Jr. is PPV. GGG-Froch is PPV in Europe. ANYONE-Ward is not PPV even in Oakland. GGG-Lara is not PPV in this universe.
It really is not difficult to understand for anyone with a modicum of intelligence. The fact that you are not able to figure it out for yourself does not say much for your intellect.Comment
