Floyd Mayweather Jr is the WBC and WBA champion at 147 (in addition to having both belts at 154); Manny Pacquiao is the WBO champion at 147.

The WBC has designed, in essence, a fancy trophy to give to the winning fighter, which just so happens to be in the form of a belt.
