Pac really doesn't have much of an inside game so I don't see the ref being hugely influential unless Floyd initiates excessive holding. Bayless is quick to break up a clinch so that might actually hurt Maywather if he wants to fight Pacquiao inside. Also like Thurman said the other day Mayweather is very good at halting the action, tying up, and making it somehow look like it's not a clinch.

Ultimately don't see the choice in referee having too big of an effect.

floyd would get destroyed by pacquiao on the inside, floyd doesn't know how to fight on the inside, it's more like an extra advantage of the shoulder roll(for anyone that actually boxes and uses the shoulder roll) that lends itself to inside fighting but even then he's not great on the inside(you're mistaking his rope-a-dope game for inside fighting) and also it's not advisable against southpaws, if floyd fights pacquiao on the inside where pacquiao still moves his head and comes over with hooks floyd will take the worst of it, like vs corley, but unlike corley pacquiao wont be staying there long, he gets his punches off on the inside and he moves out and circles
