Sheffield’s Kell Brook defends his IBF welterweight title for the first time later this month against mandatory challenger Jo Jo Dan, but he also has a fight on his hands outside the ring as he continues to campaign for justice following a machete attack in Spain in the summer that almost ended his career.

Brook meets Dan at Sheffield’s Motorpoint Arena on March 28; he is fully focussed on victory but has not given up hope of seeing his attacker brought to justice.

The real question is what did kell brook do to provoke this attack. 9 times out of 10 an attack is provoked. Not saying it was right what the dude did, but what if brook was caught in the act of ****ing the guys wife. If I'm ****ing someone's wife, I would always have to expect the worst. The worst would be the husband coming home and at least try to kick my ass and at the worst pick up a knife or gun. Kell is a world champion boxer so the guy knew he couldn't win a fight. He picked up a knife and exacted some street justice. Its not completely justified but if it were a scenario pile that then kell is a straight up biash for snitching in public. If it were an unprovoked attack, then yeah I dont blame him for WA ting justice, but if kell put himself in that situation and provoked it I feel like *******s like him get what they deserve sometimes.
