I'd argue whether or not Floyd is faster than Manny. Combination speed clearly goes to Manny. Even with lead shots (Manny's left, Floyd's right), both guys throw very fast and off rhythm. In that sense I'd say they're even. Floyd is bigger and a bit physically stronger, but he's not gonna impose his will against Manny to get in a fire fight.

Obviously none of these belong in the same speed bracket as Pacquiao or Mayweather and Algeri is a joke that shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence.

Anyone that knows the sport knows that these guys weren't nearly as effective as lateral movement, controlling distance and adaptability. These things are what reduces a fighter like Pacquiao's punch output and limit his opportunities for straight lefts because they make him re-set over and over again. Marquez showed that strategy, distance and good timing is a good antidote to a fast and furious assault.
