No PPV was a low ball offer not a road block that could have been negotiated if Pacquiao would have pressed Floyd on it but not mad at him for turning it down. Let me ask you a question..... If Floyd saying he won't work with Arum was one of his road blocks..... why did Floyd tried to negotiate with Pacquiao each time? Wasn't/isn't Arum always involved? So technically Floyd saying that wasn't a road block because like you said already.....Arum is apart of it.

He's now saying he'll fight Mayweather for free, as long as he agrees to the same thing. Pacquiao wants to give the money to charity. What changed Pacquiao's mind to want to give his entire purse away to charity?
