There is no reason for Berto to be getting a payday like that. Same with Lopez and Porter. All these dudes were coming off losses.

I obviously don't know all the ins and outs of being a boxing promotor but from my limited point of view I don't see how this Al Haymon business model is going to generate enough future revenue to be a sustainable model.

The total cost per production is way too high right now.

I feel the same way. Doing slightly better numbers than bellator with budgets easily four times that of the MMA show is just foolish.

The commercials pay the fee that the consumer pays for on HBO or Showtime. It's a good thing.

I definitely don't want it to fail. It's awesome to see so many cards on public TV and basic cable stations. But I am scratching my head looking at the numbers and guesstimating the fanancials... it just doesn't make any sense.

Lol the budget does affect you because if its too high then it will fail and then no more boxing every week. It's constructive criticism,I want it to work. Understand the difference.
