Berto is shot to sh:t. He was making Josesito Lopez look like SRL up until he landed that shot. Ortiz is still a mental midget borderline ******ed. Amazing to think these 2 were considered amongst the very best of the division not too long ago.

Ortiz is a very confused fighter. He quit and didn't know if he wanted to continue boxing vs Maidana, then he gets sparked by an old Collazo and he admitted he might be a shot fighter now this...anything for a pay day I guess

In 2011, the two boxers exchanged knockdowns with Ortiz winning a 'Fight of The Year' unanimous decision to capture the WBC welterweight title and handed Berto his first career defeat.

Both fighters have suffered several defeats since their meeting four years ago. Ortiz snapped a three fight losing streak in December with a TKO in three over Manuel Perez. Berto himself snapped a two fight losing streak last September with a decision over Steve Upsher and this past Saturday he knocked out Josesito Lopez in six.

I had Ortiz winning an immediate rematch, but not sure now.

The first fight was great, real tense, lots of knockdowns..... so yup, I'm in.

I think I go with Berto this time, but really not sure, hard to get a gauge on both of those guys now.

Both slipped off badly, so this would be a classic crossroads fight.

              Battle of the nearly-were's.

Every time Berto gets hit on the side of the head he makes a weird complaint to the ref, his mobility momentarily looks fucked, does a little dance. I used to think he had a good chance in beating Ortiz in a rematch but now I'm certain those right hooks around the temple area is gonna kill Berto again. It's a decent fight though.

Ortiz sparks Berto out. Or batters him for 12-rounds. Bank it.

I agree, Berto looked shot against that can he faced before Lopez, total can with no movement and he looked horrible.
