    the policy on heart murmers

we all know that if a fighter develops a heart murmer, his career is over, but what if you already have a heart murmer.. I am one of the unfortunate ones to have a heart murmer, i have it by birth...when i went for my medical to get registered in a boxing club the doctor recommended that i shouldn't but i insisted so he sent me to a cardiologist..i did a couple test and the cardiologist said that i am fine, and that the murmer is innocent. So he put 'mild innocent heart murmer' on my application. I got registered and started training. A couple months later i found out that my boxing license application got rejected because of the murmer thing. Is there a way i could get these people to give me a boxing license, or there is no chance?

.....print out some research on murmurs and try and use that or threaten a lawsuit. There are two kinds of heart murmurs. The kind which you will eventually grow out of that is harmless and the kind that could present a problem to your everyday life. A Physician can tell the difference rather easily. I also had the harmless kind when I was younger but by the time I took my Junior high physicals it was gone. My 2 year old daughter has the same harmless kind as well.
