There is plenty of garbage on both sides for sure, but it's no coincidence that a decline in quality posters/posts perfectly coincides with a certain fighter's rise to superstardom. Then, we saw an abrupt rise in post quality for the first half of 2013 which has since slowly deteriorated to what we see today. It is pretty hard to ignore that ****posting on boxing forums and Pacquiao's popularity are seemingly perfectly overlapping timelines.
