- Dmitry Mikhaylenko remained undefeated with a fifth-round stoppage of Felipe De La Paz, who was game from the outset but was outclassed as the fight continued. While he sustained the punishment, he remained in his corner before the sixth round could continue.
They traded from the beginning, with De La Paz having little trouble landing cleanly on Mikhaylenko. The same could be said for Mikhaylenko’s punches on De La Paz, and toward the end of the first round a left hand to the liver put De La Paz down on the canvas.
