Is 168 an overrated division?

I'd like you to name some divisions that are better.

Outside of perhaps Welterweight, I'd say it's probably the best division in boxing.

Ward is a legend in his own mind. Unfortunately everyone else has forgotten about him. He can't get a fight on television to save his life. He was sent on his way by both HBO and Showtime because he was asking too much for a tune up fight. We've been hearing the same thing from his fans for 15 months now... just wait until he gets back in the ring! You're gonna see! Just wait!!!

Well, we're still waiting and Ward still isn't close to climbing back into the ring. And even once he does, my exceptions that I posted above still apply. He will NOT travel and he will NOT fight a Dirrell brother. So who does that leave him? Chavez Jr.? JCC Jr. has better options in Froch and GGG, both of which will pay him more than a Ward fight will.

Hey! Here's an idea!!! Maybe Ward can fight Cotto!!!

Yes, Calzaghe left the division in tatters, after he cleaned up.

The Super 6 brought much hype to the division, and it has been living of that for a number of years.

Not the worst division out there though.

Doesn't make the top 10 though.

Middleweight and light heavyweight are very thin. A few good fighters at the top (who won't fight each other) and the rest are pretty average.

I think 168 is one of the better divisions but agree that it can be overrated.
