He lost to Abril but got a gift decision, Pacquiao boxed circles around him because he knew that all you needed to do against rios was box him, and Alvarado went to war with him. I watched one of Rios's fights and it was scored a draw and it was against Manuel Perez, I thought Rios lost that one too. Rios should have 4 losses on his record and if Chaves didn't get DQ'd, he would have 5.

The Chaves fight was a foul filled mess no one deserved to win, Pac is just a better fighter, agree he lost to Abril, didn't see that fight he had a D in.

The point remains that if being a slick defender is superior to all other styles then there would never be any action/pressure fighters who become world champs.
