It's obvious that GGG didn't respect Monroe's featherfist power so he just stood there and let him hit him for a few rounds, in order to create some counter punching opportunities. It is clear that GGG was always in control and chose when to end it after his corner's instruction.

GGG would not be so generous and open with a better and power punching fighter.

Yeah seriously. The dude went down three times, got hit by some monster shots. He had tremendous heart, he was throwing a lot. Didn't become someone who just stood there. Willie Monroe Jr. showed a lot and I think it was a smart decision by him not to continue

I respect the ref for giving Monroe a chance, wish more refs would do that. He was taking a pounding.

I didn't like the fact that 3G showed virtually no head movement, but he got the job done. The boxer-puncher/stalker from the first 2 rounds wreaks havoc on anyone. But when he switches to his "Terminator" mode, he becomes vulnerable.
