Name a fighter(s) that always promise KO's but dont deliver...

I think what irritates most boxing fans are boxers that promise KO's but are more comfortable winning decisions. IMO this is what gets people calling stylist runners, Im sure most would agree boxing is a hit and not get hit sport but dont say you are going to KO someone when your plan is to just outbox your opponent. I know theres always a media build up to every fight so a boxer saying their going to KO their opponent adds to the build up but theres nothing wrong with a boxer saying hes going to outbox, give a boxing lesson, or school their opponent and "if" he KO happens then it happens.

    My choice: Tim Bradley

Not a fighter, but Freddie Roach is the worst culprit.

uh..i clearly remember Bradley admitting he was featherfisted and that people shouldn't expect him to KO JMM, during the Bradley-JMM build up

¨but im gonna be prepared to fight every minute of every round and i'll win¨ he said

Bradley? Dude admitted in a interview that he punches like a girl. lol

Bradley is one of the realest, most honest fighters in the game. Sometimes he's too honest.

Well Floyd has a habit of saying how his opponents can go ass first or face first, or waving the white flag. Floyd Sr always says how Floyd is going to beat the hell out of someone.

Outboxing someone and actually beating them up are 2 different things. The last person I've seen Floyd actually "beat up" is Arturo Gatti. Hatton is a close 2nd. Ortiz was KO'd via a cheap shot. The others were just outboxed.

Like when he said he beat Pacquiao 8-4 in the first fight?

Bellew would be my choice. Talks a very good game, rarely backs it up.

He probably legitimately believes he won. Like I said. Sometimes he's too honest.
