Ryan Burton catches up with former IBF welterweight champion Shawn Porter, who was sparring in the gym with Donyil Livingston and Mark DeLuca. Porter returns to action later tonight as part of the Premier Boxing Champions debut on Spike TV from the Citizens Bank Arena in Los Angeles, California. Porter was scheduled to face Roberto Garcia in the televised co-feature, but Garcia fell ill. It appears now that Porter is going to face either Karim Mayfield or Erick Bone.
