Most logical option honestly. If Pacquiao knocks down Mayweather for the first time in his career.. The embarassment that Mayweather will feel will turn to rage and I think that will utimately mean the end to Pacquiaos life that night. Shane Mosley stopped throwing those bombs when he made Mayweather knees buckled because Mayweather started rattling him, had Mosley punch drunk a couple times and if Kenny Bayless didn't intervene would had stopped him in the 8th round as well as the 10th.

The thing is though Pacquiao with his intellect and current skillset will not be able to touch Mayweather. It will only get interesting if Floyd lets Roger lead his training and he have a more offensive mind set going in to the fight and ultimately walk Pacquiao down with the high guard.

I think Roach is the most scared out of all of them. What kind of strategy is "We have to dominate Mayweather in round one"? Seriously? Freddie Roach don't know what the hell he is going to do against Mayweather. So he's telling Manny that he has to dominate Mayweather in round one but what happens when that plan goes to hell? Roach don't have no damn strategy to beat Mayweather. That fool been saying Floyd legs are shot since 3 years ago but Floyd keep winning.

Roach is banking on Floyd being shot but Floyd still winning with his legs. Roach says Floyd probably would have beat Manny 5 years ago but now he doesn't because his legs are shot but Floyd is still moving and winning. Manny was the one with the cramps through 3 fights. Oh man.....

Manny is going to be in the corner during the 6th round lost because Roach won't be able to give him no more input because all Roach has been doing is hoping for Mayweather to age in the ring and despite his tough fight with Maidana the first time. Floyd looked better in the second fight so how much did he slip if he did better the second time around? Manny is in trouble and Roach can't save him.

he coudnt baffle maidana (of all the fighters) at getting at him and Floyd don't really have the offense to nor the will to do so thus potshotting & clicnching is more believable..

and don't worry about Floyd being overly aggressive coz he the last time he has done that was never...which could be a huge factor if he falls inlove with his defense abandoning enough offense for points....

don't worry tho, pac has been softened by jmm not too long ago and pac might be ripe for the picking...still, this is an easy for neither...

Maidana and Pacquiao are two completely different fighters. First, Pac weighs 148lbs on fight night, Maidana weighs 160lbs. Maidana can do what he did to Floyd because of the weight disparity and that is Maidana's style anyway, rough up his opponent and throw headshots wildly. This is not the case with Pacquiao at ALL. Pacquiao and Mayweather are around the same weight, Pacquiao will not rough anyone up. On the contrary, if you hold or grab Pacquiao, he will stare at the ref with a concerned face like he is about to die. Pac can't fight inside to save his life, Maidana gladly welcomes inside fighting.

If you are looking at Floyd vs Maidana to measure Pacquiao's success vs Floyd, or to measure where Floyd will fail vs Pacquiao, then you are going to be dead wrong in your predcition. You can not compare the two at all. Pac just doesn't have that rough mentality, or big size to put Floyd on the defensive like Maidana did. You would have a much better post if you had bring up the Corley and Judah fights where Floyd got stunned by them.
