    CORK, Ireland- International boxing manager Gary Hyde, president of Nowhere2Hyde Management, has formally petitioned the World Boxing Association (WBA) to enforce a mandatory title fight between Hyde's fighter, WBA Super & World Boxing Organization (WBO) super bantamweight champion Guillermo "The Jackal" Rigondeaux (15-0, 10 KOs), and WBA "regular" 122-pound division titlist Scott Quigg (30-0-2, 22 KOs).

      ok. Hopefully QUigg takes this fight immediately since the #1 guy will not fight Rigo. Then he can go fight Frampton in the big money fight.

                  I agree .Quiggs title a paper title anyway that doesn't mean anything. Rigos title is the ONLY title that matters in the divisions but promoters and media want to pretend Rigo doesnt exist and ackwoledge these paper champs as world champs... but I think he will fight Frampton for more money and what he probally sees as a more winnable fight. Although I believe both Jacals beat him easily
