Every fighter that I have spoken with about coming on chat or writing stuff on the site never want to. The main reason being that they will have to eat **** from people who know very little about what they are talking about. I am not saying that nobody here knows what they are talking about, we have some very knowledgable fight fans here. But for the most part the fighters dont feel like hearing the **** that pours from so many peoples finger tips. Have some respect once in a while and maybe I could get somebody in here with us. I asked Bill to come on and he wanted no part of it, "They cant even spell boxing."

think about it. if a talented pro boxer came on this site, especially disguised as an anonymous fight fan, i bet there would be a ton of people with disrespectful BS being slung at him. and the really sad thing about that, i'd think, is that there are a ton of people that have never sparred with trained fighters or fought competitively, yet have the lack of understanding to discredit someone who has/does.

I could not agree more. And thats about the way it is.
Bill miller, the man who trained and taught James Toney what he knows and took him to his title. Hes here at the gym with me right now. I love talking with the guy, hes been deep in the game for like 50 or 60 years. The man knows his stuff.
