It is prettybig in the UK on bbc they did live text updates on the main page of the press conference, the telegraph website they actually streamed it. Was all over the news when it was signed. It is Froch Groves type coverage over here but with less access as it is in the US. It is huge though. I have friends who arent boxng fans willing to pay US prices for the ppv.

Regardless of what the pay-per-view price will be for the bout between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao on May 2nd, it's expected to break records. Not just in terms of buys but also total revenue.
The current buyrate mark is 2.48 million for the 2007 bout between Mayweather and Oscar De La Hoya. The revenue mark was set with Mayweather's 2013 bout against Saul Alvarez, which grossed $155 million.
