I remember when Manny didn't want VADA testing for Bradley2 but wanted VADA for the two C class bums Al*****i and Bum Bum Rios making their WW debuts... coincidentally Bradley2 was after the Rios fight and before the Algieri fight. That seems kinda odd doesn't it. I guess Manny is fine with VADA unless the fighter is too good and acclimated to the weight class.
