USADA did in fact catch Lance Armstrong. And Armstrong also failed drug tests in the past, but would get excused through paying off legit doctors and whatnot.

Only one main boxing writer brought it out, and he happens to be one of the most biased and writes very questionable articles. And when he mentioned it, he stated it was rumor and never quoted a source of the rumor.

CIR testing is not what makes VADA better than USADA, since they both use CIR testing. They just send samples to the UCLA lab for results. Because of this, there is technically no one better than the other. The difference between the two is mainly cost, VADA is cheaper. But VADA is cheaper because they test athletes less frequently than does USADA. So they don't have to pay for as many samples, which cuts their cost significantly.

This method is a somewhat effective workaround because at the end of the day, the athlete still has no idea when VADA will test them. As the process is random.

Thanks for clarifying. Yet im still under the impression that vada is technically a bit better due to the fact that they dont allow those fighters caught with certain peds get a pass as has been done by usada.
