Think about it. Hes running for mayor of Kiev. Hes not favored to win, and most people only come to hear him speak to get autographs. If he loses, say in a landslide, do you think he will give up politics and give the ring another shot? If he does comeback do you think he still has a chance to unify?
Will Vitali ever comeback?

Why so much hate for the guy? What did he ever do that was so bad? You know with this post i'm officially changing the name of this thread to "Why all the Klitschko hate"?
It seems that no matter what these guys do, it could never be enough for some people. Its almost at the level of hate that Lebron James gets on the basketball forums.Comment

If Vitali had defended his title against any number of these opponents or unified any titles, I would be more than happy, but he didn't. He didn't fight Brewster, RAHMAN, Toney, Byrd (rematch), Golota, Ruiz, Barrett, TOS, NONE of them. He defended against Danny Williams. Whatever. All he had to do was beat 2 or 3 of those guys, and I would have said Vitali is the man right now. He fought none of them.Comment

Brewster and Rahman are the only guys I could conceivably see beating him, but I'd favor Vitali against both. If he had stayed, he would be the man...at least it appears so. Maybe he knew something we didn't...obviously he saw something in Rahman he didn't like. The man claimed 3 different injuries in the period from April to November. He did NOT want to face Rahman, and I do not know why to be honest.Originally posted by tjmoneyalso with your replies name one current heavyweight that could beat him. Go ahead i dare you to name one without having people laugh at you. I mean hes up for biggest ***** in boxing so it shouldnt be that hard.Comment
