It's pretty much like this, if you want the likes of Pascal and Marquez to get properly tested then you don't get the fight. It's not cool, but that's how it is. A guy in Kovalev's position has to take his chances, take the risk.

Pascal has been working with Memo for a while now, I haven't seen any great improvements.

She incompetent because a great fighter like Kovalev should be making top dollar and he's not.

Kovalev had to take short money for Hopkins but he is said to be making around $3m for the Pascal fight.

Greg Leon, the CEO of Jean Pascal Promotions, said that Pascal only ***8220;does WADA-compliant testing***8221; which doesn't include CIR testing, and when Kathy Duva wanted CIR testing Jean Pascal refused.

Unfortunately, it'd be to difficult for me to find the link, but a while back someone from either GYM or Interbox confirmed the testing protocol uses CIR on every sample.
