How do you rate Brandon Rios?

I often think Brandon Rios is underrated as a fighter.
The Ring magazine doesn't rate him in the top 10 at WW or LWW
The WBC, IBF & WBO don't even place him in their top 15 in either division, despite the fact that he has beaten guys who they rank higher.

How do you rate Brandon Rios?

Very good stamina

Breakout win was vs Peterson In which he was an underdog

Won't ever be the world champ

Won't be a belt holder in foreseeable future. 147 too stacked

People like to call him a punching bag cause he does get hit but like 90% of the shots he catches on the gloves that his style and it works for him people act like theirs only one style to not get hit and thats straight up make em miss, hes not fast enough for that so he got his own thing going, Hell even Andre Ward who people respect as one of the top elite pure boxers here even acknowledges that about rios.
