I guess the cut off date to the random testing was no longer an issue. I wonder what made Manny change his mind after he stated too close weakens him.

This is not comparable because saying he would never work with Arum doesn't make him scared considering Floyd and Arum' beef from way back. And lets not forget that Floyd said he would not work with Arum even before the first negotiations but he did to try and make the fight but Manny ducked it and now after what Roach revealed, it looks very probable that they did not want this fight back in 2009. Saying I will not work with Arum is not equal to blood tests too close to the fight weakens me because Floyd tried to work with Arum but Pacquiao did not take the test back when they were in their primes.

Its all credit to Pac that this fight is still worth watching. Because after being ko'ed by JMM, people thought this fight wasnt going to happen, or that people werent interesteed in it anymore.

But unfortunately for Floyd if he beats Pac, he still is beating JMMs used goods. The fight that could have been is Floyd fighting the wrecking machine that was Pac 5 years ago and beating him. He is only beating a man coming off of ko to JMM now.

Its not about whose fault it was why the fight didn't take place. Im just saying Floyd will get less credit for beating this version of Pac than the one 5 years ago. FLoyd will be beating JMMs used second hand goods. This fight may make more money than it would have 5 years ago, and it maybe a bigger fight, as its had time to brew with anticipation. But Pac has got ko'ed in the meantime, its just a credit to Pac he has made it worthwile still.
