no but seriously, I had the feel that thurman was a bit surprised when not only did guerrero get up from the knock down, but got in dat ass in the 10th. I think humbling is a good word to use in this case and at 26 yrs old and 25 fights in, its high time that thurman learned that power only gets you so far.....i love seeing fighters develop right in front of my eyes....it was on some Ippo ****.

What didn't Broner win ? He won the fight , was there something else he was suppose to win cause if there was I clearly missed it . R u talking about the minds and hearts of white people ? Is that what he should be aspiring to win ? I think we've learned that lesson from Andre Ward , as thorough as a fighter as he is and as intelligent as he is and even the extra gloss of him being a dedicated family man isn't enough . He's still dispised by most outside his race . He even d****d himself in the American flag after winning the gold metal for this country but it still gained him no favor . This race game is clearly understood by most blacks , we need not speak on it or try to convince others of it !

Um what fight were yall watching. They was still trading in the 12th and Guerrero was still getting rocked.

Robert had a crazy comeback in the 10th.....but he was taking hard shots all through the fight.

Robert has the chin and the heart of warrior hands down but you got to give respect were it is due kieth did his thing in there.

What u call self pity I call being acutely aware of what's going on around me . We can agree to disagree. There always seems to be some silly lable for every dominant black fighter and why they are disliked . Floyd is arrogant , Ward is boring , Wilders tattoos are offending me . I guess any excuse will do . Ward is much more exciting that Froch's slow boring ass but no one sits around complaining about him . It's got me fu@ked how this one post triggered the rest of the thread to be about racism...WTF???

It started because there were some people on here who were touting Geurrero's performance in the ring and at the same time marginalizing Thurmans dominance when Thurman won 11 out of 12 rounds and brutalized Geurrero but couldn't seem to get one accolade from these haters .

The aftermath of that KO would have gotten a stoppage in the UK. Bayless damn near stepped in. I'm glad he didn't, we got a damn good last few rounds.

The count was fine... Bayless handled it ..in a standard fashion. You just couldn't finish this warrior Mexican... so deal with it.
