I think anything over 3m is a success. Over 2m is a start. Ufc on Fox only gets about 2.5m

HBO shows a baseline average of around 1.3mill fans, so I'd expect those people to all watch, then add another half mill. I think it starts off lower and has the potential to build up. I expect the April 11th card to be bigger.

The ratings will be overreaction central for ppl but in reality the first 2-3 show ratings don't mean much unless they're really bad all they're going to be used for is to show how many viewers they lose after the initial buzz/novelty fades.

Weren't the line ups all pretty bad after the premiere? Dont see it being any higher than last night.

UFC guys are not getting the salary those guys got last night , this need to do 4 million views

What I was thinking. I don't think the network would shell out that kind if money for every show unless they do high ratings. They cut orogramming all the time that average 3-4 million. UFC is alright with them since the whole card cost less than what boner was paid
