It's also very clear that Sugar Ray Leonard is not a Broner fan. SRL kept saying he was impressed by Molina, sometimes while Molina was getting peppered by left jabs. They need some youth in that group, someone like Zab would be cool.

But he ran and holded the last couple of rounds. When you're on prime time tv,...he needs to understand 'IMAGE' is everything.

If he ever wants to be "PPV" worthy, he needs to understand that.

Not sure if he ever will be,..but he has a chance.
What are you talking about? Thurman didn't "run" in the championship rounds. He was just moving around in the 11th and then in the 12th, he stood his ground and fought with Guerrero. Thurman didn't do any "running" at all.

He has IT. The guy can take a punch, has power in both hands, can box, can switch hit, can fight on the inside and is very versatile. The guy is the goods. He lunges way too much for my liking though.

that's not what's important. guerrero looked more manly doing nothing with vigor than thurman did landing his flush weak punches

What the hell was going on with this card. Molina and Guerrero both gunshy. I mean, come on. Guerrero is not the sort of fighter in a career-in-the-balance fight to just traipse around the ring without throwing anything. If there's anything you can say about Guerrero, he likes to throw, and he likes to fight. Until he got put down by a glancing/phantom punch in the 10th(what the hell was that all about?) he didn't even look like he was trying. Even the punches he did throw had no snap or power. After that he just wanted to tie up against the ropes.

Molina was just a walking punch bag, who threw about 10 punches the entire fight.

                  Something wasn't right.

This writer is crazy. First he says that it was a lop-sided fight and than he says it was entertaining. He did not mention that Thurman received boooos from the crowd and he didnīt mention that the minute Guerrero began to fight instead of just stand there like an idiot, Thurman was on his bicycle and hugging. Thurman is good, yes but Guerrero is better than that. As for Molina, he tried to box with a boxer-hugger-runner instead of attacking like Maidana. Big mistake.
