Every Al Haymon fighter must get a Haymon logo tattoed on their ass cheek as part of the initiation process. Another thing Haymon does is host a Bohemian Grove style ritual with his entire stable of fighters. All Haymon fighters must sign a non-disclosure agreement to keep quiet about their dealings with Haymon. During the ritual, it is said that Haymon likes to dress up like Zerksis from the movie 300:
As part of the agreement, all Haymon fighters must bow down
in front of Haymon, and in exchange he promises them career high paydays & riches with calculated risks where certain fighters will be strategically ducked when necessary. Fighters must also perform certain sexual acts as Haymon has a very healthy sexual appetite. It is said that Paulie Malignaggie had to perform some deep fellatio on Haymon when he got signed, as Al was very fond of him. It's not an accident that 'Kid Chocolate' Peter Quillin got his teeth fixed as his lack of front teeth was bruising Haymon's snake.
All Haymon fighters are known to thank God and Al Haymon during all their post-fight interviews. Even though Al Haymon preferred that they thanked him first and God second, he felt that it would be a little over the top and attract unnecessary attention.
