For the longest time I've thought Floyd would win this fight. The more I look at it though I think Pac's speed and power are going to handcuff floyd.

"We’ve seen Pacquiao knocked out, but at the same time, he possesses the type of style and from a southpaw stance, we cannot lose sight of that. Pacquiao is a tremendous southpaw, something that Floyd Mayweather hasn’t seen a whole lot of, and Pacquiao is moving at light speed.
Tarver views Mayweather as the quicker man, but he still feels Pacquiao is quick enough to change the tide of the fight or land closing shot.
"I don’t think Pacquiao can match Floyd’s speed but I think he’s fast enough.
I couldn’t match Roy Jones’ speed but I was fast enough to offset his speed. That being said, I think Pacquiao is gonna have some moments and you know he has a very powerful punch.
I think Floyd wins a decision but if this fight doesn’t go the distance, you have to lean toward Pacquiao landing that shot within the distance" Tarver said.

Imo I think manny at this stage has a slight edge in hand speed and more importantly the foot speed...
Manny's footspeed is not getting talked about enough when discussing this fight...

Floyd is not as fast as he was, but people don't realize he has slowed because he has been matched vs slow guys like canelo, ghost, maidana.. You don't notice the slippage vs guys like that.. but let this floyd fight the 2006 judah and you would notice the difference..
Not saying floyd is slow, just he has slowed, and it will show vs manny...
Mannys footspeed is gonna be the biggest obstacle for floyd in this fight, along with mannys high punch output and activity...
people still view floyd as being quick like he was vs gatti, baldomir, hatton and thats just not the case.. Its just hard to tell vs ghost, maidana etc

In terms of speed i break it down into 3 categories
handspeed, manny throws fast punches but if you notice his punches are much shorter, his combos are faster than mayweathers, mayweathers punches clear a lot of distance and reach the target quick, and mayweather is also more accurate, and he is incredibly quick with overhands and lead left hooks - EVEN
upperbody movements, by far mayweather, mayweathers upperbody is constantly moving, whereas mannys tends to get stationary because of the way they fight, the way mayweather can bend at he wasit in a split second as someone tries to rush in, or the way he leans forward and quickly bends back when he does a pull counter, or when he twists his torso when he does the shoulder roll - MAYWEATHER
footSPEED(not work), im giving the advantage to manny who still has the fresher/faster legs - MANNY

Pacquiao's KO by Marquez was a "gift" to boxing. It exposed Pacquiao's weakness/es without which we may never be seeing the fight of the century. When that KO happened to a one man's mind was like, Man the guy can be beat after all. We want the fight, we are ready," he thinks. "Let's make it happen. Let's do it."
