It's not rushing to fight every 3 or 4 months.
3 weeks off after a fight to just rest. Then resume light running and shadow boxing. Then a five week camp. That still allows for lots of time off. It's not like they put in a 10 hour day. Even when they are in camp there is lots of rest and relaxation. It's about being a professional and honing your skills.
