Doubt it happens, but it might who knows. It'll make Haymon more money than any other fight out there for Khan, but I guess that didn't matter with Quillin or the May/Pac fight. Khan should avoid the fight really, it'd ruin his career.

Matthysse did it but his contract was up and Haymon didn't really want to have him as a constant threat to his other fighters ...doubt he feels same way about Khan

Plus, leaving Al would force Khan to give up on his dream fight against Floyd. I seriously doubt he would give it up for a potential beating at the hands of Cotto.

Yea, what I said was more in line of it just not being possible.

Plus Khan still hoping for that Mayweather fight...it's coming though

It's going to be K9 then set up Canelo in the fall. I have no problem with the K9 fight if that is the case. Khan doesn't seem possible.

Khan-Brook makes the most money for Al. Plus, it would turn Khan into a legitimate Mayweather opponent if he won, which in turn would make Al even more money.

The Brook fight is also much more winnable for Khan than a Cotto fight.

Khan is tall enough and has the frame to make 154, Cotto tho is good at the weight and quite strong, enough power to hurt Khan.

Speaking objectively, if there are no MW titles on the line then this is a good, all action fight that makes tonnes of money.

Speaking as a Khan fan, I hope the MW title is on the line and Khan goes out there and buries Cotto to become MW champ, as he probably has more balls to face GGG than Cotto.
