I guess this fight didn't have a fancy acronym/glitzy production to make boxing fans actually care.

This was basically the same level as Spike main event and was a better fight but a quarter of the people watched lol

I was thinking the same thing. Guerrero said he wanted to fight several times this year. SInce both these fighters just had a fight, they could easily make this fight happen.

I was surprised at how good Gomez looked tonight having only fought once in the last 35 months. He'll be a lot fresher his next time out.


Gomez/Guerrero makes all the sense in the world right now. FOTY type fight. End of the summer would be nice, August or September.

Who is Gomez with? Is he a golden boy fighter or someone else because isn't Guerrero with Haymon? Guerrero vs Gomez would be a good fight to see if it's possible to make.
