Danny Garcia sells out in the Barclays center. Broner can put buts in seats. Hell Lamont Peterson had 9000 fans live in DC.

      I have seen this before....

People with big money throw cash in the fight game hoping to become a player, but nearly all fail in less than 3 years...

Remember 50 cent, wcw, affliction, elite xc, and countless others over the years..

Paying huge money to jumpstart is not a solid move

Going to be very hard to do well in boxing without Haymon and Arum because of their POWER in the Sport.

Its hard to take a 40+ year old with a professional nickname seriously.

I really don't understand how RN can succeed. I guess I understand getting some big boxers and putting on some cards that lose money hoping more will come and eventually the tides will turn, but while I feel boxing is about to boom, I also feel it's the worst possible time to enter into it. Cotto and Ward are great fighters, but I don't feel Jay will be able to get fights with Haymon or Arum fighters for them. So who does that leave? I'm really just going off the fact that Broner was offered like what? 40 mill for 5 years? I can't see Cotto getting a worse deal if they're willing to offer that to Broner, especially if Cotto turned down 10 mill for a fight with Cotto. I could understand more if Jay signed some decent prospects and started small scale and hoped to build up, but going balls in just seems like a bad idea

Losing tons of money and looking like a bunch of amateurs while they do it.

                    LOL @ "The Takeover"

Does anyone have an idea what fights they can make that will do well enough to cover the guarantees or are RN taking a loss to try and get a really Good TV deal?
Advertising revenue is huge, the bigger the star/show, the more money from adverts

Jay Z said his aim was to build his fighters into a brand

It's also possible that Rocnation could be looking to offset tax payments as expenses

Ward & Cotto could be company assets, fighters are essential for a boxing promotional company.
Purchased as assets through the company could result in claimable expenses for RN
