GGG vs Froch at the end of the year sounds good to me.

Eddie Hearn is a snake in the grass of UK boxing.
He's doing well in the UK because of a daft tv show, TOWIE. A fake reality show with numbskulls from his area.
The public warm to him because he's got the Essex accent, similar to Jamie Oliver's popularity at first.
Hearn builds no fighters up, he looks to steal other promoters fighters.
He puts on average shows & is always looking to fleece the British public.

The UK had enough of PPV after Haye.
Hearn will stay in the game until there's another boycott of PPV then he'll be off

Hearn sees it as a “high-risk” fight for Froch, but he also thinks it’s an interesting match-up due to the style match-up with two sluggers going at it.

“It is a high-risk fight [Froch-Golovkin], then I believe you will see that happening the end of the year, early next year. I am confident Carl Froch will fight him,” Hearn said via Skysports.com. “When you talk about Golovkin, Carl Froch has the curiosity to fight Golovkin because no-one knows how good he really is. We know he’s very good but is he exceptional? Can he handle it at 168lbs?”
If it happens, I predict Froch by KO in round 10 or 11.

Meh not a particular fight I think Froch should take. GGG while the most dangerous foe still is somewhat unproven. That's all the more reason why Cotto better sack up and fight Golovkin. Who else is there to fight at 160 for GGG? Lee? Quilin? Maybe Canelo?

Not many Froch opponents were more proven than GGG at this point, eg Dirrell, Pascal, Bute, Groves, even Abe is a push, though all SMW. Also check out Kessler's resume before Froch. Best wins: Beyer, Andrade, Mundine, Lucas. Not really better, probably worse.

Ya Im always stunned when people rate froch so high, he's rigid and can be outboxed. 168 is extremely overrated. The fact that a guy like Abraham is rated so highly is a good indicator of how warped people's opinion of the division is. I think gennady would smash froch within 12. I find froch is overrated to make wards resume look better.

168 is overrated, but Froch isn't. He came out of the Super Six, when the division was one of the best in boxing, as the 2nd best fighter in it. He can be outboxed, but not many guys can actually do it. Andre Ward is the only one who ever convincingly did it, and he's a special fighter.

It would speak volumes about Golovkin if he beats Froch, let alone stopped him.

It might seem like I'm nit-picking but I've never watched froch and been impressed. He's a solid fighter in a division that's praised for having Arthur Abraham in it.
