im not bashing him, i just wasn't impressed with that particular performance by him. on the subject though, Maskaev is one of those guys who can throw a hard punch but also can't take a punch back. he isn't much. Rahman was just about sweeping the cards in that fight but got caught with a good shot. A motivated Rahman like we saw against Toney will beat Maskaev fairly handily.

I'd say you'd be hard pressed to find a guy more deserving at a shot for the WBC title....especially seeing as how Rahman is the one "Holding" the belt.

I really hope Oleg beats him and becomes a champ before he retires, you can take that to the bank.
