Let's dismiss the BS ... Manny stated that "Coach Freddie (Roach) had already hired a few sparring partners" which suggests that he wanted more sparring partners and his alleged request was refused by the target.

Still, there is absolutely no verifiable evidence, that sparring partners accepted money, not to be added to the list of people Roach already had. Nor is there any verifiable evidence that Haymon was the one who allegedly paid these imaginary sparing partners off.
