I guess if they both wat the fight it will go to apursue bid. And why the hell would Ward say that "Aight, it's cool I wanted to go to his hometow to fight anywys" c'mon man, he won their first fight easily, he has nothing to prove against Froch and that's natural that he wants to fight rather in the USA than in the UK. The pursue bid will decide I guess.
Floyd is the big draw though, Maidana would do anything for a rematch so that's a poor example.

The thing with Froch is he doesn't care if he's considered not as great as Ward. He's proved a lot over his career, made lots of money & fame, he's already admitted he's not as good as Ward. So it basically comes down to who needs who more. Does Froch need Ward? Nope. He can fight Chavez and retire, happy. Ward on the other hand hasn't fought in ages, doesn't really have a big fan-base and has been begging for rematches from Froch & Kessler, guys he already beat, because they have larger fan bases than he does.

That's why if Ward really wants this fight, he needs to put his ego aside and fight him in the UK where it's way more money anyway. I'm sure they can get 50,000 fans somewhere. Compared to Ward's 6-8 thousand in Cali, at best.

But if Ward doesn't care about the rematch, then he can stick to his guns about fighting in the US or whatever he demands, and move on and fight someone else. It all boils down to what Ward wants here and if he's willing to fight in the UK.

Ward isn't making that much money sitting on his arse. Froch in the UK would represent his biggest payday. So the ball is in his court.
Bradley-Pac is also a poor example because they both have the same promoters who is apparently American.

And I think that Jay-Z who seems as a sensible businessman so far in his carreer will know better than us that Ward should take the UK fight or they would make big enough money from a US fight.
Maybe it's going to a pursue bid or maybe it's not. And Ward is right in the topic that it's funny how Froch all that sudden remembers him but just one month earlier he said that he doesn't want the Ward fight because he woud probably lose on points. He said that... And he didn't even give the "depends on if it's in the UK or no" excuse which is really popular amongst Froch more blinded fans. They should just rewatch the Froch-Ward fight and take the consequences afterwards that if the country played a role in the fight or not...

Ward will only fight Froch if it's in Ward's backyard with his cousin as the ref and Froch giving up most of his purse to Ward including all UK revenue going to Ward.

              Can count me as one.

Ward is very talented and doesn't seem to have peaked yet but he continues to fumble his career.

I don't know if it's bad advise or what, cause he seems intelligent (have actually met him), but it's frustrating following his career....or lack of.

But I would love to see what he can do

They talk about Andre Ward, I don't want to fight Andre Ward, he will probably beat me on points. I'm a fighter I don't mind saying that. If I didn't knock him out he would beat me on points. That aside, he's not a big fight. American TV do not want to show him on box office, why do I want to fight him? There's no point."

But if Froch doesn't need the fight how is he started to thinking on a second Ward fight all that sudden just after a month he said he doesn't want it and he wouldn't have much chance?
But anyways it's not whatever? I mean, if they both want it and they can't argue it will go to a pursue bid and we'll find out where the fight will take place. I think if Hearn would win the bid than Ward would travel.

                      Typical Ward.

Over-inflated sense of importance and popularity. The other guy in this equation is the draw.
