Exactly why they should promote this to the fullest. If you're asking people to shell out $90-$100, make it worth that money. As it stands, this is just a standard fight coming 5 years after the fact with a garbage undercard. The Rumble in the Jungle was on free TV but Don King and co. put on an event for the fans and the world. They had a huge concert headlined by James Brown preceding the fight. That's the sort of thing I would expect from this match- make it a massive event, a spectacle. Instead we're not even getting a real promotional tour. If that fight ends up being a dud (as most Floyd fights are) that could turn a lot of casuals off from the sport. The least everyone involved can do is give the people something memorable.

TMT is the lead Promoter, that will give you an idea why this is.

How come the biggest boxing event in the history being promoted by the greenest of the green promotion company is beyond me.
