The problem here is that fight isn't hurt by Frampton going for the title. I could see if Frampton needed to beat Quigg to position himself as #1. The money isn't going anywhere. Lets have, as you say, the best fight the best.

Santa Cruz wants no part of anyone. He backed away from negotiations with both Frampton and Quigg after calling them out.

I always support fighters taking the biggest fights available to them. If Santa Cruz was fighting bigger fights, I'd have no problem with him. But he's fighting actual road sweepers for LESS money. You're trying to make Frampton fighting Quigg in the biggest fight in the entire divsion the same thing. Stop it. It's ***ing embarrassing!
